Well, I've had it with the TypePad dashboard among other things

I know, I know, you're thinking, "Kay, what the hell!!! Make up your mind girl!". Yes, I can feel your energy right now as I type this, but I have to tell you, the TypePad dashboard is not easy to use and creating a post (especially in the morning when I'm half awake) takes a ton of time, and quite frankly, it's making blogging a little difficult for me. In fact, it's making blogging not fun at all at the moment.

And don't even get me started on the comment section of this blog. Putrid.

All TypePad blogs have this kind of comment section such as the one on here, and to be able to have a better comment section I'd have to go to Haloscan at least temporarily  (which would be an easy application in the stylesheet) and who the hell likes using Helloscan! I don't. Some blogs it works fine on, but most, it doesn't. Anyways, on TypePad it would mean I would have to go to Advanced Templates to have a better comment section, but honestly, once you click on "Apply Advanced Template", there's no going back and you lose a lot of your template and have to rebuild it. I know how to do most of it, but do I want to take the time? Nope! It's very time consuming.

The current comment section was also hard on my eyes. As pointed out by many of you, not having a defined break between comments was just not easy to read. Again, this part of the blog was frustrating for sure.

TypePad has been very difficult to use I have to say. It's too bad, because I liked the look of the blog, especially after I got the font to be larger for my 'ole foggie' readers, so they too could participate! LOL

Anyhoo...

I recently was on the Wordpress forums looking up something (can't remember) and I saw a post by another blogger whom I know online and he was upset about right wingers harassing him and was looking for guidance. I left a comment on his forum thread telling him to do what I do: PUT GARLIC AROUND YOUR NECK, HIT THE GAS, AND PEEL AWAY. I also told him I missed the Wordpress community and Wordpress in general. Well, the Moderator for the thread left a comment back to me a few seconds later telling me he too can't stand TypePad either and will help me get my Wordpress White Noise Insanity files to not have an Error 404 message when I point my domain to the blog. 

Soooo...what I'm trying to say is we're gonna stop this WNI limo right now, turn around, and head back to the Wordpress garage! Sounds good to me! I hope it does to you. I've forwarded all the posts I've done on TypePad to the Wordpress blog so I won't lose them when I cancel my monthly membership with TypePad. Had I not done that, all posts here would be deleted and gone forever. To the trolls, that would have been a godsend, but for me, it would have been 3 flat tires on the WNI limo!

If you have WNI linked on your sidebar as "www.whitenoiseinsanity.com", please change it to the address above. At some point it will go back to that, but not until I figure out why I get an Error Message when I point my domain to the Wordpress version of WNI. Sorry for the confusion, but we're all adults and we can handle it, right? *crickets chirping* Good gawd I hope so! LOL

Yep! He does. He sent out a subpoena to David Addington, Dick Cheney's Chief of Staff.

House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers (D-MI) today issued a subpoena to David Addington, Chief of Staff to Vice President Dick Cheney, compelling him to testify before the Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties on June 26 for any knowledge of harsh interrogation techniques employed at Guantanamo Bay approved by the Bush Administration.

Poor Brian Williams. He's complaining about us bloggers, because he thinks because he's a highly-educated-well-trained-wealthy-newsperson, he's the only one who can report the news of the day. Well, Brian, the Vinnies of the nation you speak of in your little rant, you know, the poor/middle class Americans with a high school education (and maybe a  little beyond)...are the ONLY ONES who love our country, enough so, they go out on a limb and REPORT WHAT YOU REFUSE TO REPORT, which is Brian...

...THE TRUTH.

Oh yes, Brian, you sit there along with your comrades in your tiny little newsbubbles thinking you're doing a good service for the people of America by reporting what the White House and their Big Business Thugs thinks you should be reporting, but yet, you're mad because The Vinnies are reporting all the back-stories and getting all the glory, because quite frankly Brian, THE TRUTH IS WHAT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE WANT.

We also want Barack Obama on the ticket too, Brian, but yet you and your comrades have spent months attacking him and agreeing out loud that Hillary Clinton really is a gun-toting, whiskey-swilling, poor/middle class commoner who hunts ducks, and you're doing that because you don't have the TESTICLE FORTITUDE to report the truth! Assholes.

And what about FISA, waterboarding, 10 million emails missing from the White House servers, our returning soldiers being treated like garbage, or the fact that the Bush Regime is DOING THIS? Huh Brian? How come you highly-educated-well-trained-newspeople aren't talking about these subjects at length? Why do you constantly cover up the crimes of the Bush Regime but focus on blond women missing or sharks in the harbor instead?

I think I have the answer Brian. The ROM (republican owned media) is a joke now. You've kissed your own education and training goodbye all because you wanted to be invited to all those fancy parties the White House has, huh Brian? You don't really care about using your education the way you're supposed to, isn't that right? Nope. Reporting the truth NOW COMES FROM THE VINNIES OF THE NATION....and you know it.

BlueGal has the qualifications you REALLY need Brian to be a truth-seeking-reporter nowadays. Study up on this, asshole. You might get some respect if you do.

How about doing the right thing for the first time in eight years, Brian, by reporting the truth and doing the background research of the people & places you're reporting on? Oh gawd, what am I saying! That's what the little people do, isn't that right Brian?!!!!

SIDEBAR NOTE: Remember back along when I did a post asking everyone to send Helen Thomas a card or some flowers to thank her for bringing up the word "torture" and for putting Dana Perino on the spot, so much so, Helen's question forced Perino to storm out of the room after 11 minutes from the start of the press conference? Well, I had some cards here that I was going to use to send to her, but decided I'd wait and go through the post cards at my son and I's favorite used CD/DVD store, because they always have a great selection. Here's the post card I purchased:

I thought it was an appropriate post card to be sending to Helen Thomas, but what made me laugh the day I put it in the mailbox to be sent was....there were a couple of pizza stains on the backside! Yep. This post card sat at my desk for ONE DAY and it got stained with food. That's a blogger for ya! LOL I bet Helen Thomas will get a kick out of it, because I included my blog address for her, so she knows it's coming from a blogger.

Hey, pizza, fruit, Cheetos, coffee is what us bloggers use and we like to think of it as FOOD FOR THOUGHT. We function well with it. Only the truth seekers know this and I bet The Brians of the news world live on wine, cheese, and lots of hugs & kisses and spank each other when they've reported more lies to protect the Bush White House. ;-)

Wha? The gun-toting, whiskey-swilling, Operation Chaos Madam didn't mow over Barack Obama to victory last night in Indiana?

But I thought Operation Chaos was the best thing since sliced bread and between Rush Limbaugh & Hillary Clinton, these two would be sliding to victory right now!

Nope. It's not happening and it doesn't matter how many guns Hillary totes or whiskey shots she drinks or how many neocons vote for her, the Democrats of our nation are sick and tired of her and don't want her as the presidential nominee!

Obama kicked ass as expected in North Carolina.

But...

In Indiana where Hillary was supposed to win overwhelmingly, well, she won by 1%. Yep. 51% to Barack's 49%. But I thought the neocons of Operation Chaos were gonna bring her to a landslide victory in the very racist state of Indiana!?! Without that 10% of OC jackboot lickers, Hillary would have lost last night!

Ha ha. Operation Chaos is not working and all it's doing is making Hillary & Rush look like the fools they are.

Eleven percent of the voters in Indiana tonight were Republican, Marc Ambinder of the Atlantic reports  -- and they went for Clinton over Obama 52% to 46%.

Some of the members of Operation Chaos were voting for Barack! Ha ha. Last night over on FireDogLake a comment was made that Rush Limbaugh knows that many republicans who are voting in these Democratic primaries/caucuses are voting for Barack, BECAUSE THEY LIKE HIM. And Rush knows this too and it's why he's trying to rally his troops on his radio show constantly, because he knows he's pushing supporters to Barack when they are faced with voting for Hillary or even McCain....two candidates who represent A LACK OF FORESIGHT in the beginning when the Iraq war vote came up.

Rational republicans are sick of the republican party. And it's showing.

Barack Obama is who the Democrats want in this nation and along with Maine's Congressmen Tom Allen & Michael Michaud, it's time for the Super Delegates (committed or not) to make their choice TODAY!

For crying out loud....

...if these Super Delegates can make tough decisions every day in their careers for the people of their state, you'd think choosing between Barack & Hillary would be easy, especially since the Democrats in our nation are being loud and clear on who they want!

Cinco de Mayo marks my son's 14th birthday. We spent a good portion of the weekend celebrating it and today he's staying home from school, because quite frankly, I think he deserves it.

George Bush has managed to piss off the country of India. Hey, he's gotta blame others for the high prices of everything we humans use to survive, because as we all know, George Bush is white, just, and pure, and would never hurt the planet, even if it was given to him on the back of an Exxon Mobile truck!

Have we been wrong about Chelsea Clinton?

I read this Washington Post article this morning about Chelsea Clinton. It's written by Ian Shapira who is near the same age as Chelsea. He seems to think that Chelsea is not the mature daughter of a former president, you know, she's not coming across as the person we've had in our minds all these years. Not the same kid we've been comparing maturity to the Bush Twins all these years.

I agree. I think we've been DUPED AGAIN by the Clintons.

I remember back in the 1990's defending Hillary, Bill, and Chelsea every step of the way. When George Bush was given the presidency by the SCOTUS in 2000, it was easy to compare Chelsea to the white trash twins of George W. Bush. To me, there was no comparison, because Chelsea has always come across as mature, intellectual, and morally superior than the Jenna & Barbara Bush.

(Morally, Chelsea is still superior. Just thought I'd point that out...)

Anyways...

Chelsea today comes across like a robot. She is so secretive about her life that at times she comes across as a scared child not knowing what to say or what to do when anyone asks her a real question about her life. Hell, she won't tackle the Monica Lewinsky episode of her life, which is a big one, and you'd think after all these years she would have come up with a better response than, "It's none of your business". With all her schooling, her life's experiences, her wealth, and being the daughter of a former president, you'd think (to give her mother some credit at least) she would make her response more personal and more human. You'd think she would have thought about it at least! But obviously she hasn't and has decided to put it in the back of her mind like a child to protect herself. At the very least, don't you want to hear Chelsea say, "It hurt me that my father was cheating on my mother and because I love both of them equally, it was a rough time for me. I don't wish that kind of thing on my enemies to have to go through"?

Nope. Chelsea is now immature, whereas, years ago she came off more like an adult. She's not human in her responses and I think it's a reflection of her mother and father, agree?

She doesn't come across today as the child we had hoped she was all these years. Chelsea currently works for a hedge fund and is on the Board of Directors for the New York's School of American Ballet, so you would think after 28 years of living she would at the least be acting her age and reflecting her world experiences? I guess it's safe to say at this point...

Chelsea Clinton is no Caroline Kennedy. Not even close. Maybe Chelsea is taking Xanax like Laura Bush is, you know, to drown out of the reality of her life and those around her? Hey, could be. I can't explain why Chelsea comes across like a little girl in public. It's gotta be something other than she's not capable of growing up.

Uh oh...Paraguay's new president is thinking about signing some extradition agreements

Oh boy. What is Bush, Cheney, and the rest of the criminals in the White House going to do if they can't run to Paraguay to hide from their war crimes? The Bush family purchased close to 100,000 acres of land down in Paraguay a couple years ago for this very reason....to hide from the law (and it helps that their land is over the largest fresh water reserve on the planet...this will be the next global war: WATER).

By the way, Paraguay is where all war crime criminals and others go to hide from the law. The End.

Who wants to wager that George Bush & Dick Cheney will send the CIA down to Paraguay to murder the new president so he can't sign some of these extraditions? Wouldn't surprise me, considering some of the White House members were on the D.C. Madam's list and we all know what happened to the D.C. Madam: SHE WAS FOUND HANGED. And then there was Benizar Bhutto who divulged to the world that Osama bin Laden was dead and named his killers and a month or so later she was ASSASSINATED. Oh yes, and then there was Paul Wellstone too who went against the wishes of George Bush & Dick Cheney by speaking out against illegally invading Iraq, because this country and it's leader was not connected to the attack on our nation on 9/11/01!

Someone is going to die because of this, don't you think? War criminals need to hide and they will kill those who won't let them.

Hillary Clinton places bet on Kentucky Derby horse and then it dies

Oh boy. I think this is a sign and a little bit of ole Karma for Hillary Clinton and also a reflection of where her campaign is headed. Hillary Clinton wanted Eight Belles to win today  at the Kentucky Derby and even asked some of her supporters to place a bet on her horse if they could. Well, Eight Belles came in second and then collapsed right after going over the finish line. The horse suffered two broken ankles and was immediately euthanized where she lay.

Hillary will not make it to the finish line and if she does it appears it won't be a good thing. Karma baby, Karma!

Good Karma did happen though. Obama's horse won the race:

Right wing Evangelicals are going to unveil their Manifesto

Manifesto? Where the hell have I heard that word before? Oh that's right, the Unibomber  had his Manifesto, as did Hitler . Wow! So I guess it's not surprising the right wing "conservative" Evangelicals of America are going to introduce their own version, you know, to fake out the masses that they've seen their wicked ways!

The funniest part about the right wing Evangelicals' Manifesto? They put blame on the lefty Evangelicals as equal to the tighty-righties! Oh please.

Anyways, the right wing Evangelicals have decided that after 8 years of supporting George Bush by clicking their jackboots together and by saluting their Savior whenever he appeared on their tvs or in person....they're feeling bad about what they've created! Yeah, yeah, suddenly after hundreds of thousands of Iraqis have died, over 4,000 of our soldiers dead, and 8 years of ranting..."HATE, HATE, HATE, KILL, HATE, MURDER, TORTURE, RAPE, HATE HATE HATE!"...they've decided that maybe Jesus' teachings should be somewhere in all of this and they're a little embarrassed they've been pissing on the contents of the bible for years now.

The 10 Commandments? Gone! Hell, the right wing Evangelicals have applauded:

• Killing, raping, and torturing of the people of the earth
• The lying George Bush and his Regime have spewed over the years
• George Bush when he said God told him to attack Iraq and said over and over that God blesses America and our soldiers, when really, he was putting himself above God and using God's name in vain
• George Bush when he went against his father's wishes to not attack Iraq and go straight to Baghdad
• All right wingers who have cheated on their spouses or who were caught tapping their foot in airport stalls or who got caught hiring a male prostitute to sleep with and do drugs with
• The stealing of America's treasury, the oil in Iraq, and stealing the Iraqis treasury all under false pretenses
• George Bush never seen entering a church in all the years he's been the president, well, unless the camera is on

Yep, 5 of the 10 Commandments have been broken by George Bush The Evangelical and by his Regime, but yet, the right wing Evangelicals supported them anyways! Oh, but they're going to announce they remember Jesus and think that maybe it's time to get back to that kind of thing after everything they've done and supported? What a bunch of right wing bullshit!

I wonder how many Evangelical churches in America did take money from George Bush but are now saying they don't like the idea of their faith being intertwined politically with the White House? Oh, they'll take money so their faith can dictate that a zygote is more precious than an actual live & living human being, but have the angry masses pissed off at ya for 8 years....and suddenly....they're feeling like their skirts are up over their heads revealing their true ugliness!
